We have Customer Advisory groups that represent towns from the northern and southern parts of our region.
These groups play an important role representing their local communities and providing us with feedback and advice on a range of challenges.
Customer and Community Rebates
We pay Customer and Community Rebates when the guaranteed level of service isn’t met.
