A rare opportunity to experience Castlemaine's Water Reclamation Plant in person

Join us and our community partners on Saturday 8 November between 10am and 1pm as we showcase what's happening in and around the Castlemaine Water Reclamation Plant.

It's an exciting time as we develop the site to meet the needs of Castlemaine's growing population.

If you're interested in the water cycle, the circular economy, the birds and other wildlife that call this area home, or a history buff fascinated by the development of our sewer network, there will be plenty to see and lots to learn.

We look forward to seeing you

  • When: Saturday 8 November

    When: 10am to 1pm

Our Community Open Day, and much of what's happening in and around the Castlemaine Water Reclamation Plant, would not be possible without the support, participation, and hard work of the following groups.
