Community Pop Ups are a way for Coliban Water to have consistent face-to-face interaction with the community. They serve as portable information kiosks and listening posts. They provide customers with an opportunity to speak to us and provide us with a level of visibility across the region.

Community Pop Ups are an opportunity for our communities to proactively engage with us without being prompted by an issue or concern. Customers get personalised information about our services, improve their water literacy, and interact with us on an individual level. Customers feedback improves our services in the future.
